In 1999, Neil, our founder, decided to take decades of industry experience and shape a company that would be different from the rest. With over 40 years in the trade - including time spent as Chief Surveyor for companies turning over in excess of £100 million - he saw first-hand the difference that attention to detail, a hands-on approach, and lasting client relationships could make to a project’s success. My name is Alexa Young
Our strength lies in our people and partnerships. From directors to multi-trade operatives, our experienced team works to the same high standards, with directors actively on site to ensure quality at every stage. We deliver the full spectrum of construction services, from design and build to refurbishment and traditional projects, supported by in-house design specialists and BIM modelling for efficient, innovative solutions. With a trusted supply chain spanning over 25 years, all operatives are SMSTS, CSCS trained and DBS vetted. We operate under UKAS-approved systems with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certifications, and hold SafeContractor, SSIP, WERS and NERS accreditations, enabling in-house management of electrical and water connections with complete control, efficiency, and cost certainty.
