The Arbour - acs egham

This project for ACS Egham International School involved the delivery of The Arbour, a new library and innovation space designed to enhance learning, creativity and collaboration. The scheme brings together quiet study zones, modern technology and flexible group areas within a cohesive, contemporary environment. Inspired by the concept of an arbour, the design incorporates natural light, warm materials and biophilic elements to create a calm yet inspiring setting for students. The result is a multifunctional hub that supports reading, research, independent study and hands-on exploration.

Edith Road has transformed a disused car park in Bounds Green into a landmark development of 100% affordable, zero-carbon homes. The scheme delivers eight modern properties, each designed with sustainability at its core and powered by air-source heat pumps and rooftop solar panels. This innovative approach achieves a 100% reduction in regulated CO₂ emissions, setting a benchmark for future housing projects. By combining affordability with environmental responsibility, Edith Road demonstrates how underused urban sites can be reimagined into thriving, sustainable communities.

The restoration of the historic Gatehouse at Uxbridge Cemetery involved a programme of careful conservation works to ensure the structure’s longevity and character. Repairs included replacing damaged timber flooring and joists, stripping and re-tiling the roof, and assessing and restoring the original windows. Stonework affected by tree growth was dismantled and rebuilt, while new rainwater goods were installed to improve drainage and prevent further deterioration. The historic façade was cleaned and preserved, safeguarding the Gatehouse as a heritage feature within the cemetery.

dolphin square health club

Dolphin Square in the heart of Pimlico is one of the most prestigious and famous residential addresses in London. Its sophisticated and luxurious sports and fitness club offers a refined five-star experience for members, and the complete refurbishment of the gym and leisure facilities undertaken by Total Construction needed to be finished to the very highest standards, with minimum disruption to the Square’s residents. A phased approach was taken to ensure that some facilities always remained operational, and we worked closely with Dolphin Square management to minimise noise and maximise access.
